This site uses only functional cookies required for operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless a contract is established, in which case we retain records as required by applicable law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@thirdhour.eu.
Data residency
We support EU data residency and, where applicable, offer on-premise or your own cloud deployment so your data stays under your control.

Hardware lines carry a 36-month EU warranty where stated. Support and service terms are agreed in your contract.
